CITES Report on the Interpretation and Implementation of the Convention, in Relation to the Control of Trade at Sea

This is the report of the 54th meeting of the CITES Standing Committee, held in October 2006. The report documents workshop discussions on defining and addressing IUU fishing. It also includes a draft resolution and draft decision to be put before the 14th Conference of the Parties in June 2007.
