The authors claim this briefing provides more evidence of the failure of ICCAT Contracting Parties to save bluefin tuna from collapse. This paper is the Greenpeace submission to the 16th Special Meeting of the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas in Marrakech (Morocco), 17th'24th November 2008.
