The CFP-reformwatch.eu website is an initiative of Swedish MEP Isabella Lvin, member of the Green group in the European Parliament. Mrs Lvin is also a full member of the Fisheries Committee, a substitute member of the Development Committee, and vice-chair of the Intergroup Seas and Coastal areas.
The aim of this site is to provide easy access to information on the ongoing reform of the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP), in order to facilitate news reporting as well as stakeholder involvement.

EU Community Fisheries Control Agency
The Community Fisheries Control Agency (CFCA) is a European Union body established in 2005 to organise operational coordination of fisheries control and inspection activities by the Member States and to assist them to cooperate so as to comply with the rules of the Common EU Fisheries Policy in order to ensure its effective and uniform application. CFCA has its official seat in Vigo, Spain.
